Fruity Waffle Bowl

A classic waffle with a touch of vanilla, filled with fruit and topped with whipped cream.

Servings 4 bowls


  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cup fresh fruit
  • 1 can/container whipped topping


  1. While waffle bowl maker is preheating, combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl until combined. Whisk wet ingredients into dry ingredients until dry ingredients are moistened.

  2. Pour the batter into the waffle bowl maker just below the fill line. Close the cover and bake until golden brown, 4-5 minutes.

  3. Add 1/2 cup of fresh fruit and top with whipped topping. Add a sprinkle of powdered sugar if desired.
